Cancellation policy

• The cancellation fee will differ on the duration before the booked date.

• 7 or more days before the booked date - 100% Refund

• 4 - 6 days before the booked date - 50% Refund

• No refund if you cancel less than 4 days before the booked date.

Refund Policy

Customers will be entitled to a 100% refund of ticket fare if the cancellation of the booking is attributable to Treksome. The customer will not be entitled to a refund for the cancellation of tickets for any other reason.

Refund is processed within seventy-two (72) hours from the cancellation request being made. The refund would be credited to the customer within seven (7) working days of the cancellation request.
